Very rare car!
The TVR Chimaera is a unique driving experience; the noise, ergonomics and drama is, in short, unrivalled.
It is one of the very best cars to own if you enjoy driving, the experience of familiarisng yourself with a car and its dynamics.
All versions use a Rover derived V8 engine, tweaked by TVR to provide a variety of different power outputs. They use a very pretty, custom exhaust system that delivers a burble at low speeds, rising to a sonorous v8 sound when you accelerate.
This particular 430 model benefits from an extensive overhaul carried out in 2021, only being used occasionally since, ensuring the car remains in as good a condition as possible.
Recent works include:
A full service, including the engine, gearbox and diff oils, filters, brake fluid, wishbones, wishbone bushes and thrust washers, front brake pads.
Full bare shell re-spray & interior re-trim.
A full Bilstein sports damper package with Eibach springs.
